Oh, the Summit speakers and singers!!
Didn't they move and inspire you??
Their personal stories of struggle and triumph, shared from genuine love for YOU, encouraged YOU to believe in yourself and the capacity you have to BE THE CATALYST for change and growth!

SESSION 1:
We heard about Family Crisis Center of East Texas efforts to support adults and children in crisis by providing a safe shelter during a critical time. We were calmed and regulated by Sydnee Allen of Whole Again Counseling + Wellness. We were empowered to change the way we feel about ourselves by the way we think about ourselves by Michelle Cox - Mindset Coach. We were inspired to not settle for second place in our own lives but take the starring role by Ann C.K. Nickell. We were moved by Christina Leary's beautiful voice. We were motivated to make decisions (declutter) by Clutter Genius Mary T-Allen. We were guided towards healing from trauma by building connection by Michelle Mixon of Endeavor Counseling Center.

SESSION 2:
We were touched by Heidi Speaker's personal story of overcoming postpartum depression and how to increase health during challenging circumstances. We were filled with compassion and praise for Sharon Miller's account of escaping an abusive marriage and creating a beautiful life. We were drawn to Taja King's (Empower Potential ) energy and spunk as she exemplifies building powerful self-esteem despite disability and other challenges. We were wowed by Haylee Lewis Music's gorgeous voice as she sang and played guitar. We were amazed by Felicia Sealy's story of leaving a toxic
relationship and having the courage to create a vision board as a guide for her new life -- and fulfilling every goal. We were energized by Sarah Gallander of The Wellness Matrix's enthusiasm for life and expanded definition of health and nutrition. We were empowered to claim our right to setting boundaries and letting go of people-pleasing by Tara Odell.

WHAT AN INCREDIBLE SUMMIT!
It truly was THE women's wellness, resilience and empowerment event of the year in East Texas!
