The dynamic that parents create with their children can foster positive outcomes and serve as a powerful protective factor.
As a mother of six kids over a 14-year span, I understand the challenges that come with parenting! With each milestone, like learning to walk, starting school, entering the tween years, learning to drive, starting to date, etc., new needs arise. Parents don't get to enjoy "status quo" for long!
