School's out but that doesn't mean learning has to stop! The best news is that learning mental health support strategies is FUN and IMPACTFUL! Several workshops and camps are available for your children and teens this summer, either in-person or over Zoom. All kids and teens can benefit greatly from learning about their amazing brains and magnificent nervous systems. Understanding where their emotions come, how they can manage them and intentionally guide their own behavior, starting with powerful supportive thinking, completely transforms kids and teens I work with!
